With over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, we can confidently handle even the most complex legal issues. Founding attorney Steven R. Sutton  worked as a law clerk in the New York Appellate Division (2nd Department) gaining invaluable experience working closely with judges and gaining insight into how they think and examine commercial litigation issues before them.
